Merry Christmas! We thought for a long time about taking a break over the holidays. But then decided against it.

Many of you may have the time right now to get involved with AI and of course we don't want to let you down. (And who needs a break when it's so much fun 😁...)

In keeping with the times, however, we have less news, but simply want to share a few thoughts we have for 2025 and show you what we are currently working on.

🤑 The biggest AI opportunity in 2025 that you need to know about

The biggest opportunity in 2025? AI agents.

Stop, don't scroll away immediately. It's worth reading on…

Yes, we've been talking about AI agents for a while now. We've also been building our own for a while.

And in our regular automations with Zapier and Make, AI has had an extreme impact on our productivity for some time now.

However, the topic goes one step further with agents. The idea of agents is to build an entire team that works (partially) autonomously on issues and solves problems. Similar to what humans would do.

We firmly believe that AI agents will have a ChatGPT moment in 2025!

Two opportunities for you with AI agents in 2025:

1) It will become easier to build usable AI agents

Until now, it has not been easy to build real AI agents and set them up in teams so that they really work.

However, more and more tools are being developed that make it easier and easier for non-tech folks like us. (We'll get to the tools in a moment).

As a result, anyone who wants to can build their own army of AI agents that can do many things.

And we believe that this will be a huuuge thing in 2025!

2) Greatest opportunity to turn it into a business

As with AI in general or chatbots, there will be a great opportunity to build a good business with AI agents.

The quick money will be in implementation services. In other words, you help other companies to build and implement AI agents for them.

Thanks to new tools, you can quickly acquire the ability to do this and then sell it as a service.

We see the greatest opportunity in a very strong positioning for a particular niche.

• Not: "We build AI agents"

• But rather: "We build AI agents for dental practices with 5 or more employees"

These are currently the best tools to build AI Agents

There are different tools depending on what you want to use AI Agents for. From simple to complex, the full range is possible.

We are currently using or testing the following:

1) Lindy.ai

We have already written about Lindy and have also made a few videos about it. It is currently probably the simplest tool for building various AI agents.

There are so many templates readily available, and you quickly have really helpful agents connected to your tools.

Lindy is particularly good at building personal agents that take work off your hands and support you.

2) n8n or Flowise

With these two tools, you have two Swiss Army knives in your hand. They can be used to build the most complex workflows and agents and can also be combined as entire teams.

They are of course somewhat more complex. But, especially if you want to set up an agent agency etc., it is worth familiarizing yourself with them.

3) CrewAI

For anyone with a technical understanding who wants to go hardcore all-in, CrewAI might be the right choice.

Definitely something for tech savvy folks, and it offers incredible possibilities. We are currently focusing more on 1) and 2), but wanted to mention it at least once.

In 2025, we will bring a lot of new content in terms of AI agents and will focus more on this, as it offers huge leverage.

Maybe you'll have some time to dive delve deeper into the topic over the next few days. The tools above are a great starting point.

P.S. We still automate 95% of our workflows with Zapier and Make. This will continue to be the case, which is why we recommend learning these platforms first. AI agents are then the next logical step.

Let's move on to a more life advice topic, which is once again keeping us busy. But don't worry, we're going to build a bridge to AI right away.

We are currently thinking a lot about how to ask the right questions.

Questions are like keys. They open doors.

One of our ‘gurus’, Tim Ferriss, once said: "If you want confusion and heartache, ask vague questions. If you want extraordinary clarity and results, ask extraordinarily clear questions. Often times all that stands between you and what you want is a better set of questions."

Finally, here's a little productivity hack that you can use as an example to play around with Google Gemini Realtime. 😉 

You can use the new screen sharing feature in Gemini so that it watches whenever you go to time-wasting apps and sites.

As soon as you do this, Gemini warns you more or less aggressively and brings you back on-track.

It's super simple:

• Just use the Google AI Studio here.

• Enter the system prompt (describe what you want it to do)

• Share your screen, done.
