PLUS: These are the best prompting guides
Hello AInauts,
Welcome to the latest issue of your favorite newsletter! Today, we're providing the most important prompt guides with specific tips and a cool example from a German AI entrepreneur who built a profitable business with a cloned SaaS app (you could do the same, by the way).
This is what we have in store for you today:

Here we go!
π§ From prompting beginner to AI whisperer - with these 3 guides
How many times have you cursed because your AI prompts don't deliver the result you imagined? And then you see that the colleague next door is coming up with little AI marvels seemingly effortlessly...
The truth is: AI power users consistently experiment with their prompts and study the official documentation from the major providers.
Why your answers are not good enough ...
Most people treat AI like a search engine: short query, quick answer, and often: fail!
Instead, think of chatbots as partners with specific strengths and weaknesses.
AI whisperers are different from regular users:
They don't formulate requests, they design conversations - with clear roles, context and goals.
You don't think in terms of individual prompts, but in terms of prompt strategies - systematic approaches that are tailored to specific types of tasks.
They don't use generic instructions, but model-specific techniques - what works for Claude may fail completely for ChatGPT.
These approaches will help you on your way to becoming a prompt master. But of course you also need the right tools...
The three most important prompting guides
The big vendors have realized that their tools are better used when they come with an instruction manual. These are the most important resources:
OpenAI's Cookbook is a library of many tips - simple enough for beginners, but packed with helpful pro tips.
Anthropics Prompt Engineering Overview is straight forward and hands-on - and also has helpful tips for "thinking" models.
Google's Prompt Design Strategies break down complex concepts into helpful examples. The before/after overview impressively shows how small prompt adjustments improve results.
The cool thing is that these guides not only explain the "how" but also the "why" behind different approaches. This allows you to adapt the techniques to your specific needs instead of blindly following instructions. You just have to do it.
π» Prompting tip: Your AI patronus
Sure, prompting guides are sometimes a bit dry. To lighten things up, here's something from the "Did you know?" section : ChatGPT can create a picture of your personal patron saint based on your personality and interactions. Here is the prompt:
Create an image of my Patronus based on what you know about me and my personality, based on all our interactions.

Pro tip: Use the o3 model to see the thought process!
π₯ Clone yourself rich? German AI entrepreneur builds side business
A fascinating trend is currently emerging in the world of AI-driven business models: entrepreneurs are building profitable companies in record time - using (open source) code as a launch pad.
A perfect example of this is the story of TΓΌmerkan and the bewerbungsbild.ai platform, which offers professional AI-generated application photos for the German market.
From open-source template to profitable business
The story begins with the simple open source Vercel template "Headshot AI", which enables the AI-supported creation of professional portrait photos.
Solopreneur Johnny Tran further developed and optimized the template - see cvphoto.app. This resulted in the first sales of a few thousand per month.
But the next trick was even better: via his CloneMySaaS platform, he now offers the mature codebase, which allows anyone with a basic technical understanding, how to start their own AI headshot service in less than an hour. This service has already generated over $20k dollars!

TΓΌmerkan also took the codebase and turned it into bewerbungsbild.ai - a service aimed specifically at the German market that uses AI to generate professional application photos.
What we particularly like about this approach:
Market localization: Instead of competing globally with services such as photoAI (from Pieter Levels, up to $155k/month!), Headshotpro, Aragon.ai etc., the focus is specifically on the German-speaking market.
Clear target group: Photos for jobseekers is a specific customer segment with a current need.
Pricing & promise: Fast, authentic, professional - without an appointment with the photographer and "up to 12 times cheaper than a photo studio".
How can you become an AI entrepreneur?
We know that getting started isn't always easy - and we love inspiring stories from makers like this. Do you want to give it a try as well?
Here are five concrete steps on how to get started with your AI-based business:
1. Identify real frustrations, not "AI opportunities".
Don't talk tech buzzword bingo. Go where it really hurts - repetitive tasks, time wasters, annoying bureaucracy. Identify real problems that you can solve!
2. Start with speed - don't build a steamer, build a speedboat.
LLM via API + template = prototype in days. Minimum Viable Product means: One core feature, one one-pager, Stripe for checkout - done. Test the market before you invest. Bonus tip: n8n templates are hot!
3. Micro-niche, maximum leverage.
Forget "we can do everything" blah blah blah! Find the one target group that wants to solve a specific problem immediately - and dominate this niche. The tighter your offer, the greater the leverage and the less competition. Specialization beats mass, always.
4. Automate radically - growth without a team.
Repetitive tasks get automated. Support, onboarding, reporting? All via AI and no-code tools. That's how you scale sales, not complexity. But only once you have your first customers.
5. Marketing = story instead of features.
Show how you can efficiently solve real everyday frustrations. Share mini case studies and use provocative claims ("We'll eliminate your bottleneck in 24 hours, or your money back"). First customers? Via LinkedIn, networking and real success stories instead of blowing your budget on paid ads (unless you know exactly what you're doing).
Our take: AI entrepreneurship is the latest trend!
In 2025, speedboats will win, not steamboats. Those who deliver real benefits, launch quickly and automate cleverly will build an AI business with maximum leverage.
This example is representative of a larger trend: AI is democratizing entrepreneurship! What used to require a team and considerable investment can now be realized by a single person with a limited budget in a very short time, with mainly usage-based costs.
And with each passing month, AI tools are becoming more powerful, less expensive and more accessible. For entrepreneurs ready to jump on this bandwagon, the time has never been better. Ready? Don't ponder, do it.
π AI-Fun: ChatGPT is always there for you ...
In conclusion, we are extremely happy that ChatGPT is always there for us ... ok, almost always.
