AI-HOY AInauts,

Welcome to the latest issue of your favorite newsletter. Great start into the new year? βœ… Check! We're currently experimenting a lot.

And we've just discovered an ingenious workflow that lets you create high-quality e-books, reports, lead magnets or pretty much any kind of document superfast. Pretty sexy if you ask us!

That's what we have in store for you today:

  • πŸ“š Use the BILD method to create your own book - in 90 minutes

  • πŸŽ“ New school in Arizona relies entirely on AI - will teachers soon be superfluous?

  • 😎 AI-Fun: The many possible applications of ChatGPT

Here we go!

πŸ“š Use the BILD method to create your own book - in 90 minutes

We'll get straight into it with a cool, practical example. Do you need a new lead magnet to attract more prospects to your business? Or are you dreaming of finally publishing your own specialist or non-fiction book this year, but the amount of work seems too much for you?

There is another way, with the BILD method! BILD stands for create the Basis, prepare your Ideas, put the Layout together and initiate the Distribution. *Claude helped us with the acronym πŸ˜Ž.

How to create your book in 90 minutes using the BILD method

1) Create the basis and research the best content on the topic

Option 1: Use NotebookLM for this

  • Carry out a manual search and feed the relevant links, YouTube videos, docs, audio, etc. into NotebookLM.

Pro tip: You can also use Perplexity to help you get started.

  • This is ideal if you want to use your own content, already know the best sources or have a lot of material.

  • For this, you need the paid version of Google Gemini.

Pro tip: At https://one.google.com/u/4/plans you can test the AI Premium (2 TB) tier for one month free of charge.

  • Select the version with "Deep Research" from the dropdown and enter a prompt along these lines:

Create a comprehensive research report on [topic].

Be very detailed and structure this into clear sections with appropriate headings. Include relevant data and cite sources.
  • This is ideal if you want to have the most relevant content for any topic researched from the web.

2) Prepare the content in a draft format

For option 1: Create a Study Guide, Briefing doc, FAQs and a Timeline in the Studio section of NotebookLM. Copy all this content into a new Google Doc (β†’ https://docs.new).

For option 2: Export the deep research results to a Google Doc.

3) Copy the content from Google Docs

Copy the entire text as Markdown (select all, right mouse button, "Copy as Markdown" - if the menu does not appear, you must first activate Markdown in the menu Tools β†’ Preferences).

4) Go to Google AI Studio and polish the draft

Google AI Studio has the advantage that with the Gemini 2 Flash Experimental model, you have a large context window to process long documents directly - in contrast to ChatGPT and Claude. Display the output as Markdown in a code window.

You are an experienced editor and writer. Your task is to analyze the following manuscript in depth and radically improve it so that the final version is at least ten times better - in terms of clarity, structure, added value, reader guidance and linguistic elegance.

Think step by step and follow this process:

1. Analyze the content
2. Improve the structure
3. Consolidate and clarify the text
4. Optimize the language
5. Maximize added value for the reader
6. Carry out a final quality check

Output the improved manuscript in Markdown format in a code window. It needs to be much more precise, thoughtful, engaging, useful and appealing.

5) Create the layout of the content in Google Docs

Paste the result into Google Docs (right mouse button, "Paste as Markdown") and use the chatbot of your choice or the Google Gemini function to rewrite content.

Pro tip: Gemini in Google Docs is currently only available in English - but you can translate the content back into any language using the Deepl browser extension.

6) Copy the content to Napkin.ai and create suitable graphics

Napkin is a really cool and currently still free tool that we haven't paid enough attention to yet. Simply select the desired text and click on the blue dot next to it. Napkin analyses the content and creates suitable visualizations for it.

Pro tip: Napkin can be a bit slow for larger documents, and formatting the text is a bit awkward when it comes to page breaks etc. We therefore prefer Google Docs for the final editing and copy and paste the graphics from Napkin back to the Google Doc.

7) Create an image in the AI image creator of your choice

Ideogram is quite good when it comes to creating images with text. Otherwise, you can simply put a cover together in Canva.com.

Then all you have to do is combine the cover and text - and your masterpiece is finished!

8) Showtime - the distribution of your book.

Tease the book in your social stories and LinkedIn posts. This creates touchpoints and gives you valuable feedback to build momentum organically.

Bonus tip: You can also simply publish the book on Amazon KDP and order a printed version. Simply upload the PDF and cover and you're good to go!

Our take: Find your workflow for more efficiency in 2025!

We only wanted to combine various AI tools to showcase what’s possible, but the result really blew us away! Our AI integration project not only worked straight away, but also confirmed to us that 2025 will be the year of smart process optimization.

Those who master AI tools will have room for real creativity. You decide how deep you want to go. Start with one tool, test the possibilities, and expand your stack as required.

This is how you develop your own flow - efficiently and yet authentically. The routine work? Runs automatically in the background. Your individuality? Remains 100% intact.

πŸŽ“ New school in Arizona relies entirely on AI - will teachers soon be superfluous?

Of course, AI is not the magic pill to solve every problem - but it's at least something to think about when it comes to education, because there are promising approaches.

Imagine, for example, that you your child arrives at school in the morning and - surprise, surprise - the teacher is an AI. In Arizona, this scenario is becoming a reality and is turning the world of education on its head.

The "Unbound Academy" is the world's first school to completely dispense with human teachers and let an AI take the reins instead. But can an AI really show empathy and respond to individual needs?

We watched this video - and find the approach very interesting, especially in comparison to traditional schools. It's not about removing humans from the equation - but about developing them holistically with the right tools.

The revolution in learning: two hours of maximum power

Providers such as IXL and Khan Academy have already made use of chatbots and AI support. With the Alpha.school approach, students now only spend 2 hours in the classroom with their personal AI instead of 6 hours with a teacher!

The promised benefits are:

  • Turbo learning: the same material taught in 120 minutes would otherwise take a whole school day.

  • Personalized learning paths: The AI adapts to each individual student in real time.

  • Maximum flexibility: Students learn when and where it suits them best.

This is no longer a one-size-fits-all education, but a customized learning experience. Students spend four 25-minute sessions per day on core subjects (math, reading, language, science) and still have 20 minutes for other learning concepts.

And after the two hours of AI learning, the most exciting part begins: training for real life!

The time gained is invested in practical future skills such as critical thinking, creative problem-solving, presentation, financial education and social skills. And from our point of view, these are exactly the things that are becoming more and more important!

The result? Students perform much better than their peers on standardized tests - many reach the top 1% on achievement scales in a very short time.

Between euphoria and ethics: the debate and a look into the future

This approach does not (yet) mean the end of human support. It is just being redefined, as human guides are available as emotional anchors in the digital learning ocean when things get stuck.

But while some dream of a democratization of education, others warn of the risks. Who monitors the quality of AI teaching, and how do soft skills develop in this environment? The transformation raises questions, and the critical points cannot be dismissed.

Our take: Digital education revolution between hype and hope

How much AI the education system can handle remains to be seen. However, we think the Unbound Academy is a super exciting experiment that opens a window into the future of education.

Individual curricula for each child, tailored to their strengths and weaknesses, and no more run-of-the-mill teachers, but a virtual expert tutor available 24/7 - that's quite something!

  • For parents: AI-supported schools could reduce costs in the long term.

  • For teachers: Roles are changing - from knowledge provider to coach.

  • For students: More time to discover interests and understand the world

One thing is certain: the way we learn will change fundamentally - and this bold experiment could be an important building block for the future educational landscape.
