🦾 How the world uses ChatGPT & Co. vs. How it should be used
Coincidence or intentional? Both OpenAI and Anthropic published studies on the use of their chatbots this week.
The differences are enormous and paint a good picture of how chatbots should be used.
According to OpenAI's analysis of 1.5 million conversations over three years, more and more people are using ChatGPT for private inquiries (okay, you don't have to be a psychic to figure that one out).
But a whopping 70% of all conversations have nothing to do with work, compared to 53% last year.
"Practical Guidance" is immediately followed by "Seeking Information," which accounts for just under a quarter of usage. This means that people are using ChatGPT like a new Google 😉 ...
Another exciting development is that ChatGPT is becoming increasingly popular in poorer countries. Adoption in the poorest countries is four times higher than in the richest.
Anthropic's Claude analysis of 1 million conversations from August shows a completely different picture: Claude is mainly used in rich countries!
👆 But here's the most important point: users there are increasingly using the chatbot to refine their work and learn.
The figures show brutally honest: some use AI for learning and skill building, others as a fancy search engine or chat buddy.
Learn to learn – the most important skill
That is the core of what we want to write about in this segment. AI is changing our society so rapidly and can already perform many tasks better than we humans can.
It is difficult to say where all this will lead. But one thing is certain: everything will continue to change. And faster than some people would like.
We have to adapt to change, and the best skill for doing so is "learning how to learn." Lifelong learning, so to speak. Staying agile.
Incidentally, this is not our opinion, but that of Demis Hassabis, CEO of Google's Deep Mind. He describes it as the most important skill for future generations.
How you should really use ChatGPT & Co.
The great thing is that we can use the new tools to strengthen precisely this ability.
It has never been easier to have better coaches and access knowledge! ALL chatbots now also have a special learning mode.

This means you always have the best teachers in your pocket.
💡 Don't ask: "Write me a business plan." ✅ Instead: "Explain the thinking behind successful business plans, and then let's create one together."
💡 Don't ask: "Solve this math problem." ✅ Instead: "Show me three different approaches to solving it and explain why each one works."
💡 Don't ask: "What is marketing?" ✅ Instead: "I want to understand marketing like a pro—give me a progressive learning program."
The meta level: Instead of just misusing ChatGPT as a better search engine, you can turn it into your personal trainer for your brain!
To conclude, here is a good mantra from a presentation by Dharmesh, founder, techie, HubSpot founder, billionaire:

Use chatbots to question your thinking, become clearer, and improve yourself—not to replace your own thinking. This will put you in the perfect position for the future!
🔥 The biggest problem with "building websites with AI" (including solution)
Almost everyone (probably at least all AINAUTEN) needs or wants to build a website at some point in their lives.
Whether it's for personal, business, or side business purposes.
Thanks to AI, this is now much easier, even for non-techies. We are constantly writing (especially in the last Newsletter) about AI coding tools that can also be used to build websites.
We love tools like Replit, Lovable, v0, ChatGPT, and of course Claude Artifacts.

They all have one problem in common: They deliver code!
All non-techies can drive customizations crazy...
Cryptic error messages …

And endless text ping-pong …

The Rise of No-Code Website Builders
Years ago, the first drag-and-drop website builders came onto the market, enabling non-techies to build and customize really cool websites for the first time.
These tools have the advantage that you can easily arrange elements, customize the design, and publish your website immediately. However, marketing promises and reality do not always match.
We have tried everything on the market, no exaggeration, and our favorite for years has been Onepage.
Onepage allows you to not only quickly build websites, but also create complete funnels including quizzes and more.
And of course, everything is GDPR-compliant because it is a German company and hosted in Germany.
The only drawback so far: You had to click the pages together manually ...
You guessed it: That's about to change
No-code website builders now get AI power
Our favorite website builder, Onepage, now solves this problem and gets AI.
This brings both worlds together:
Create a complete website with a prompt
But it's super easy to customize in the no-code editor.
Here's a teaser:

Once the AI has created the website, you can easily customize it manually to suit your preferences.

If you want to take a closer look at the new possibilities and the tool:
On September 27 at 7 p.m. CET, Onepage will host a major release webinar.
Here you can see the new features live. We will definitely be there and are already looking forward to this really cool upgrade!
🛍️ Is this the future of e-commerce?
Finally, a brief topic that we stumbled upon at X.
The new image models Seedream from ByteDance and Nano Banana from Google are unbeatable, especially when it comes to character consistency.
You take a picture of yourself and a picture of an outfit, and ten seconds later you have a picture of yourself wearing that outfit. Really cool!
So it makes sense that in the future, when we shop online at H&M, Nike, Adidas, or wherever, we'll just have to upload a picture of ourselves to immediately see all the outfits on us, right?
The future of storefronts.
Upload your photo and see yourself wearing products instead of random models.
Built this demo with v0 using Nano Banana + @aisdk + AI Gateway.
Fork the template and create your own AI-first storefront.

Simply upload your own picture and the entire online shop will transform into outfits featuring you!

The future of e-commerce is definitely exciting. Technically, it's not that difficult to implement. It's just probably not very cheap if you're creating millions of images every day. …
You made it to the end—thanks for reading! We’ll be back soon with even more updates.
