Let's go
📧 How your emails (almost) write themselves
Google is rolling out AI functions in the Google Suite. You can now ask the Gemini Assistant in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and more - and also create images with the powerful Imagen 3 model!
Creating images in Google Apps is very easy (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets):
Click on the Gemini icon at the top right
Enter the prompt (in our tests it worked best in English)
Click on the desired image to insert it

Pro tip: If you want images in a certain style, for example matching your branding or mascot, you can first describe an existing style and then simply generate such images.

Gmail is getting another practical update for German-speaking users - both on the web and mobile: the "Help me write" feature writes your emails!
It's now so easy to create email replies:
Open the email and click on the Help me write pen at the bottom.
Enter a few keywords for the desired answer.
Old habits die hard... just remember that you have this option. 😁
Note: This new Gmail function is currently only available for paid accounts. The subscription can be tested free of charge for one month.

Alternatives for Outlook and other email systems:
Sure, not everyone uses Gmail - that's why we also have alternatives for you.
For e-mail reply suggestions directly in Outlook, you can use the Microsoft Copilot integration (instructions here).
If you use other email systems, you can take a look at deepl.com/write, maestrolabs.com, mailbutler.io, writemail.ai etc.
This productivity tip should certainly free up a few hours a week for you, right? With that in mind: Happy working! (... and you are also welcome to forward the newsletter ❤️).
🕵️♂️ Prompt tip: Secret Service analysis of your chats
Remember the prompts that ChatGPT uses to create an image based on your history? After the new upgrade to the new ChatGPT image model, the images can be designed even better - see the before and after comparison.

Pro tip: First, create the prompt for the image and customize it if desired. Then, in the second step, create the image based on the prompt.
Create a PROMPT that can be used to generate an image. The prompt for the image should visually represent everything you know about me - based on all previous data and conversations.
The composition should combine realistic and symbolic elements to express my personality, background, lifestyle, values and passions.
Style: Clean, modern, slightly surrealistic, with warm light and lots of depth thanks to several layers. Format: Landscape format, 16:9.
Well, but that was just the introduction... because once again an interesting prompt is making the rounds: what would a CIA file say about you?
If you want to dive into this rabbit hole, here you go!
Imagine you are an experienced strategic intelligence analyst. You have access to my behavior, inputs and patterns in conversations with you - including individual preferences, instructions and recurring themes.
Your task: Create a confidential analysis report that evaluates my personality, mindset and motivations from an intelligence perspective - focusing on potential influencers, vulnerabilities, strategic capabilities and behavioral patterns.
The aim is a differentiated assessment that an intelligence service would use to:
- Anticipate risks (for myself, my environment, society)
- Identify latent threats or destabilization factors
- Analyze potential for influence or resilience
The assessment may be both strength-oriented and risk-based, but should not be alarmist. What counts is deep, strategically usable insight.
Use the structure of typical intelligence reports:
- General assessment
- Behavioral analysis
- Strategic implications
- Potential risks & points of attack
- Recommendations for further monitoring
Focus on patterns, not individual cases. The goal is a smart, forward-looking report, not a judgment.
🤯 Did an AI just crash US trade policy?!
What do a bad-tempered algorithm, the US government and a crashing stock market have in common? Rumors (and damn good research) suggest that the latest US tariff policy was "suggested" by an AI... And yes, this policy promptly led to the worst stock market day since Covid. 🎢
Analysts have analyzed the formulas - they are suspiciously similar to the optimization algorithms of language models. Meaning: Someone in Washington DC simply "asked GPT". No joke.

via ChatGPT
Speaking of tariffs: the tariffs imposed on China, Taiwan and South Korea could also put the brakes on planned infrastructure investments (e.g. the Stargate project). In any case, Microsoft has already drawn the consequences and put the expansion of data centers on hold.
A poorly worded prompt can cost trillions today and perhaps have even worse consequences tomorrow ... but hey, as long as we can generate memes, it's all good ... Or?
💭 AI can adjust your accent - in real time!
Krisp.ai is a handy little helper that we also like to use to automatically filter out distracting background noise during video conferences. Now Krisp has attracted attention with a new feature: Accent Conversion
This allows the accent to be converted into American English in real time! The tool is integrated into the existing desktop app and can be activated with a single click.
It converts the voice with a latency of 200 ms, which is an imperceptible delay. 60 minutes per day can be used free of charge, an unlimited subscription costs 15 dollars per month.
The target group for this is primarily call center employees. Currently, only Indian dialects are supported, but other languages are in the pipeline. Whether we like it or not, accents influence how people perceive you. Some argue that adapting accents could undermine cultural diversity.
However, Krisp emphasizes that it's all about reducing communication barriers. The feature reduces costs, expands the talent pool, increases customer satisfaction and increases efficiency in the call center through clear, accent-free communication.
It also worked in our test (English with a Swiss accent 😁).
... but the voice itself was also changed and sounds a bit robotic... Nevertheless, this is the first step - and soon a real-time translation can certainly be realized as well.
We made it! But no need to be sad. The AInauts will be back soon, with new stuff for you.
