PLUS: Quickly replicate websites (with AI)
Hello AInauts,
Welcome to the latest issue of your favorite newsletter!
This week, we involuntarily dove into a Google AI rabbit hole.... But it was worth it! Together with a new prompt that we love, the whole issue today is strongly about practical tools. Less news, since nothing super exciting is happening at the moment.
Here's what we have in store for you today:
๐คซ You need to know these AI features from Google
๐ฏ Rebuild websites quickly (with AI)
๐ญ Prompt: When you're stuck in marketing
Here we go!
๐คซ You need to know about these AI features from Google
Yes, we've written a lot about Google and its many AI tools.
I don't know about you, but we use ChatGPT and Claude a lot more than Google Gemini, even though our companies run entirely on Google Business.
And we're just learning that this might be a big mistake, because Google is absolutely on fire when it comes to AI! ๐ฅ
Is Gemini 2.5 Pro the strongest all-rounder language model?
We came back to this topic because we regularly test language models against each other for this newsletter, to see which one performs best for certain tasks.
As we have often written here, we like to use OpenRouter's chat function for this purpose.

This week it was that time again, and we pitted the big four against each other - not just for fun, but for tasks that we really wanted to have solved.
As a rule, it was always about extensive, rather complex strategic challenges, which should also have a practical component in the form of e-mail, content, etc. as a result.
In other words, it requires reasoning and analysis, but also good creative writing skills.
Result: In 100% of the cases, Gemini 2.5 Pro gave the best answers!
And we just have the feeling that Gemini is the best all-rounder model with strong capabilitiesโฆ
Google AI Studio: Powerful tools, free of charge
You can try Gemini 2.5 Pro for free at gemini.google.com - but we recommend testing Google AI Studio, which offers slightly more options.

In AI Studio, for example, you can regulate the temperature of the language model (lower value = less creative = fewer hallucinations), create more context by incorporating Google search results, generate audio from text, create images and videos, etc.
Another very cool feature is Stream. You share your screen live with Gemini and can ask questions about what you are currently doing (e.g. in Photoshop "How can I crop this object?" or in Google Sheets "How can I create a formula that adds the result of columns A and B together in column C, but only if column B does not have the value 10?" etc.). Very, very practical!
NotebookLM: Understand topics, learn and work with lots of sources (including scientific ones)
NotebookLM has long been a secret star in the Google AI arsenal. At least since the automatic podcast generation went viral (see our posts here and here).
In the meantime, the tool has been developed even further, and we love using it when we want to learn about a specific topic, especially based on our own sources.

A cool, newer feature is the ability to have Google search for relevant sources, then select them and add them to the knowledge base.
We also think the mind map feature is great, because it breaks down complex topics in an understandable way using relevant sources.

People always say that ChatGPT make us all dumber because we don't think as much (which may even be true...).
But NotebookLM definitely makes us smarter because we can learn and research complex topics quickly and easily.
Videos in incredible quality with sound
Google has achieved an incredible feat with Veo 3. It is probably the best video model currently available - it can also do sound!
And Google adds the cherry on top with Flow.
Unfortunately, this is only for frequent users, as it currently requires an Ultimate subscription for more than 100 bucks per month. If you just want to test Veo 3, we recommend Replicate - or use the @AskPerplexity trick on X ("@AskPerplexity Create a video about ..." or "@AskPerplexity Animate this image ...").
Video generation is now available on Ask Perplexity! ๐ฅ

Good integration in business apps
Probably the biggest advantage for us, which Google is slowly rolling out more and more, is the deep integration into business apps such as Gmail, Sheets, Docs and Co.
It's the little things like the AI function in Google Sheets that is slowly becoming more and more useful.

This has been a feature for some time with external app scripts, but now we have the direct integration of the function "=ai(Prompt, [range])", which works really well.
The exciting thing is that while a ChatGPT subscription costs from 20 USD just for ChatGPT, you can get a complete business suite with AI integration from 16 USD / month from Google. That is a very strong offering!

Our take: Go, Google, go!
Google is pushing new AI tools and features very aggressively, and we haven't found enough space to cover them all for this article. But we definitely already have a learning for you: Use more Google AI!
๐ฏ Rebuild websites quickly (with AI)
We've all been there: you discover a cool website and would like to adapt your content to the same style.
AI makes it incredibly easy to copy websites, styles and more and adapt them to your own needs.
There are many ways to do this and many tools, which sometimes work great, and sometimes not so well.
One approach that we really like is with Claude Desktop and the Firecrawl MCP.

You first need a free account with Firecrawl.
Then copy the code from https://firecrawl.dev/mcp and paste it into the config file in Claude Desktop.
Restart and you're ready to go!
The prompt can be trivially simple:

And poof, the website is scraped, read, understood and rebuilt:

Just try it out and have some fun with it!
Important note: For very large websites that are using many different technologies, it might not work as well.
๐ญ Prompt: When you're stuck in marketing
As our marketing prompt from last week was very popular, we're adding another one to round off this issue.
We sometimes find that we run out of ideas for new marketing campaigns with customers etc. We often become "operationally blind" and no longer know where to optimize.
In such cases, the following prompt helps us out and delivers interesting approaches:
You are a direct response marketer specializing in [industry/niche] who perfectly combines influence and persuasion at every possible customer touchpoint, delivering a high-quality brand experience that builds trust and goodwill among my potential customers.
[CONTEXT ON PRODUCTS, ETC.]
- How can I close competitive gaps while improving conversion and trust among my target audience?
- What is missing in my copywriting to address pain points and leverage principles of influence/buyer psychology?
- How can I better help my customers achieve their goalsโwith an offer ladder that increases customer lifetime value?
- How can I structure my funnel to maximize reciprocity and leverage scarcity, social proof, and authority?
- How can I reduce time-to-value?
- Give me a step-by-step plan with low/no-code/vibe coding tools, as direct as possible. Prioritize all options by impact and effort.
- With the knowledge we have now: How do we get more qualified traffic into the funnel?
- What opportunities am I overlooking?
Important note for good results
We recommend to use one of the large reasoning models for this prompt, e.g:
o3 / o3-pro
Claude Opus (thinking enabled)
Grok 4
and of course Gemini 2.5 Pro ๐
And it is absolutely crucial that you provide the necessary context!

We provide more context in the prompt, but also in the accompanying PDF, which contains our entire product setup in one-pager form. Landing pages, ads etc. can also help. You can easily have the briefing for this put together by the AI first.
We always get super exciting ideas for improvements or even funnel flows.
Have fun trying them out! And don't worry, we'll be back soon with inspiration for prompts outside of the marketing arena.
We made it! But no need to be sad. The AInauts will be back soon, with new stuff for you.
