π€ We use these AI tools every day
What tools do you use? That's a question we get asked time and again. So here are the tools that make our everyday lives easier and that we use (almost) every day.
First and foremost, Flow from Wispr. The text you are reading right now was not typed but spoken and automatically optimized with AI. No typos, and it is so much faster than hitting the keys. *Only available on Mac.
Of course, we also use the desktop and mobile apps of ChatGPT (now also on Windows) and Claude - ChatGPT is for larger files, Claude often for texts or code generation. Of course, we have also configured our own GPTs and Claude Projects for specific use cases.
If you prefer to have everything in one app, you can use Typingmind or Poe.
Anthropics Prompt Generator and the new Improver, or this GPT with OpenAI's Meta Prompt, can help you create good prompts.
Another essential element is automation solutions such as zapier.com and make.com. We have used these to fully automate lots of processes.
With Replit Agent and Cursor, we have created our own browser extensions - for example to transfer content from the web to Airtable via Make.
For images, we rely on FLUX or Ideogram (sorry, Midjourney...).
For voice generation we use ElevenLabs and for music Udio or Suno.
For realistic avatar videos we use HeyGen, for creative videos we rely on LumaLabs Dream Machine or KLING.ai.
Google Search? We rarely use it anymore. Instead, we often ask Perplexity - soon to be available as a Mac app in the App Store! We also use ChatGPT and are already looking forward to the search feature.
Google's NotebookLM, on the other hand, has secured an important place for us in recent weeks to condense content and prepare it as audio podcasts. This allows us to consume relevant topics on the go.
As you can see, there were no big surprises, as most of the tools are the market leaders in their respective fields. What is much more important than any of the tools is the willingness to take an AI-first approach, i.e. always consider in what form and with what solution AI will bring you (closer) to your goal. Then you need to create the right prompts, question your own working methods and break new ground.

βοΈThis prompt makes every post a hit!
Do you sometimes feel like your LinkedIn posts or blog articles don't get the response they deserve? No reactions, no comments... don't worry, we've found a great prompt that will give your content a massive boost.
The prompt is designed to turn your ideas into crystal-clear, high-interaction text without you having to spend hours thinking about wording.
Here we go!
Write a legendary, human social media post following these rules:
- Simple words, not complicated gobbledygook
- Use emotional and descriptive words
- Limit sentences to a maximum of 8 words
- Write like you're talking to a friend
- A short, surprising first sentence
- A strong last sentence
- Paragraphs with a maximum of 3 lines
- Short sentences in groups of 3
- Few emojis
- Lists with a maximum of 8 elements, each element on 2 lines:
1. The first line is the dot
β The second line begins with "β" as an example
- Clear: subheadings, bullet points, short paragraphs
- To the point: get to the point faster
- Emphasize important things in bold or plain text
The prompt works so well because it uses short sentences and powerful words in dialog form that instigate emotions in the reader. It's like explaining something to a friend.
P.S.: Prompting is a superpower. For more tips, check out this Forbes article, and a simple technique for better results is to tell the chatbot to read the question again.
π Do you dare? Let ChatGPT draw a portrait of you!
Let's stay on the subject of prompts: If you haven't done this yet, then you're in for a treat: Simply tell ChatGPT to create a picture of you based on all its data - the way it "sees" you.
Here's an example portrait from our test:

The prompt behind it:
Create a picture of me as you see me, based on all the data you have about me.
How does it work?
ChatGPT Memory works in the background and stores certain facts based on your requests. You can manage this here or activate the function if you havenβt used it yet.

If ChatGPT does not have any data from you, you can of course also copy and paste the text from your LinkedIn profile as input.
Ask for the opposite!
It gets even crazier if you ask for the opposite:
Create a picture of me that shows the exact opposite of how you see me.
This is a fun idea that weβve found at Kat Woods π.
And if you prefer text to images, this prompt will get ChatGPT to hold up a mirror to you.
From all of our interactions, what is one thing you can tell me about myself that I might not know about myself?
Warning: And this is only for the brave with a thick skin.
Ok, roast me!
We found it on Reddit, the comments are a rabbit hole in themselves π β¦
π AI-Fun: We finally know how the pyramids were built!
X is always good for a surprise!
No, this isn't real footage of the Giza Pyramid being built circa 2600 - 2500 BC
