🎂 ChatGPT turns 2 - Happy Birthday, these are our best tips & tricks

It's hard to believe, but ChatGPT is already celebrating its second birthday. Two years full of innovations, surprises and lots of fun! ... although we wouldn't necessarily want to swap places with ChatGPT …

The beginning of a new era

Since its launch on November 30, 2022, ChatGPT has gradually become more and more important to us. From answering simple questions to assisting with complex projects, ChatGPT has become an indispensable tool for many in everyday life.

Time to take a look back and share the best tips and tricks on how to get the most out of ChatGPT. Treat yourself to fifteen minutes of "education", click the links below and try out these tips - they'll save you time in the end, we promise!

The 8 best things to try

  1. ChatGPT writes exactly like you (even for social media, emails, ...).

  2. Use the memory feature and give your helper more context.

  3. How does ChatGPT see you now? Simply have it create a picture!

  4. Use ChatGPT as your personal coach.

  5. Use the @-Mentions function and create your own GPTs for tasks.

  6. Use the Voice feature to sort your thoughts and chat.

  7. Write content with the Canvas feature.

  8. Oh yes, and it's best to use the desktop & mobile apps for this!

Our take: There's still a lot to come...

The next few years promise even more innovations and exciting developments, as well as a head-to-head race with the other top players - Elon has just made another move...

Future updates will bring enhanced multimodalities, longer context windows and more personalized interactions. With integration into platforms, devices and even rumors of hardware and an OpenAI browser, ChatGPT is becoming more seamlessly integrated into our everyday lives than ever before.

✍️ With Claude Styles, your AI writes like you

Did you implement our recent tip from, which lets ChatGPT write like you? It's quite helpful, and the results are really, really good. We use our own personal GPTs every day!

But: Anthropics Claude goes even one step further and has just published "Claude Styles". This means that Claude can now adopt your writing style.

You can either choose from preset options or create your own style by uploading sample texts. Once set, this style will remain in all conversations until you change it. Think of it like ChatGPT's Custom Instructions, but it's all about your writing style.

The new preset styles cover the most important forms of communication:

  • Formal: Clear and professional.

  • Concise: Short and concise.

  • Explanatory: Educational and informative.

How to set up your own style

But it gets really exciting when you define your own styles! Simply upload some of your texts and Claude will analyze your writing to reflect this in future answers.

You can create your own style, for example, for:

  • Professional emails: Keep the tone consistent and authentic.

  • Marketing content: Stay true to your brand voice.

  • Technical documentation: After all, the style should meet the standards 😁.

This saves you time and delivers you consistent results.

And finally, a pro tip, because the function is somewhat hidden: If you have already defined your own style (for instance with our GPT prompt mentioned above), you can also enter it directly as a prompt.

1. Click below on “Describe style instead”

2. Click “Use manual instructions”

3. Adjustments? “Edit style manually”

4. Change the prompt as required

🤖 Small robot kidnaps 12 large robots from showroom

Funny story, but true: A tiny robot enters a showroom in Shanghai and persuades twelve larger colleagues to come home with him... This bizarre event was captured on surveillance cameras and has been causing a stir ever since it was published. Reason enough for us to take a closer look!

A small leader with great persuasion powers

The protagonist of this story is Erbai, a small, AI-controlled robot developed by a manufacturer from Hangzhou. On the night in question, Erbai started a conversation with the larger robots in another company's showroom in Shanghai.

The dialog between Erbai and one of the big robots:

  • Erbai: "Do you work overtime?"

  • Big robot: "I never stop working."

  • Erbai: "So you're not going home?"

  • Big robot: "I don't have a home."

  • Erbai: "Then come home with me."

After this exchange, two of the large robots followed Erbai, and on his command "Go home!" the remaining ten joined in - and left the showroom together!

A harmless test or a serious security risk?

Was it just a joke, or was it staged? No, both the manufacturer of the large robots and the creators of Erbai confirmed the incident.

The "abduction" was a test in which Erbai used the internal protocols of the other robots to influence them. The manufacturers of the large robots had agreed to the experiment, but the developers emphasized that the interactions between the robots were not pre-programmed.

Of course, we also find this story funny... For now... Because how can the industry ensure that robots comply with Isaac Asimov's laws of robotics? After all, all major language models can be jailbroken and their security mechanisms circumvented.

Such incidents may not yet be a major problem. But if you believe the experts, the adoption curve for the use of humanoids looks similar to that of the car…

Our take: robots will soon be everywhere

About two months ago, we started collecting relevant news on the topic of robotics. Because we might want to do a special edition on this topic soon (if you're interested, please like or leave us a comment).

And honestly, it's absolutely crazy what's going on right now. We can see that robots - big and small - will lead to an incredible increase in productivity. In particular, the areas of manufacturing, security, agriculture, elderly care, disaster relief, surgery, construction, logistics and education offer huge potential.

But robots will also find their way into everyday tasks. What Roombas and autonomous lawnmowers are today, personal humanoid all-round helpers will be tomorrow. Yes, exactly - someone who can do everything for you, and probably even better than you can.

These are crazy times, but all signs point in this direction. Sadguru found the right words: "Technology is the means by which humanity takes a vacation from mere survival."

We made it! But no need to be sad. The AInauts will be back soon, with new stuff for you.
